35T PRESSURE BALANCE CONTROLLER)
■用途
FSD35T型压差控制器它是用作制冷压缩机及其他机械之压力润滑的保护装置。
■Purpose:
FSD35T pressure balance controller is a prevention device for compressor and
other mechanism pressure.
■工作原理
在制冷系统中，为了使压缩要各运动磨擦件都能得到良好的润滑，则必须要保持润滑系统具有一定油压，以防止油压过低，在压缩机正常运转或启动时间内失油而造成燃油或咬缸等事故。所以必定要控制油压，而压差控制器就是控制油压的一种控制器。压差控制器接受润滑油泵排出压力和压缩机吸入压力两个压力讯号的作用，并使这两个力之间保持一定的差值范围，而当压力差小于给定值时，控制器开关动作，自动切断压缩机电路，使压缩机停车。FSD35T型压差控制器带有延时机构，当压缩机启动后，在60秒内仍不能建交正常油压，则压缩机将立即停车，在故障排除后，按下控制器的手动复位按钮，压缩机才可继续启动。
■Principle:
There must be certain oil pressure to grarantee well lubricating within each
acting components. Too low oil pressure will cause accident. Pressure balance
controller is certain equipment to control oil pressure. The controller receive
two signal from lubricant pump discharge pressure and inspiration pressure
of compressor when presure balance is below preset. to keep certain balance
between two pressure. Controller will cut off compressor circuit to stop compressor.
FSD35T equipped with delay components. Compressor will be stopped when common
oil pressure balance can not be erected after compressor start for 60 seconds.
When fault is observed, press manual reset button, compressor will restart.

■一般介绍
1）用于感受流过管道的液体流量的变化，起到端流保护。
2）根据不同的流量需要，开关可以进行调节。
3）本开关采用的是大负载单九又掷（SPDT）微动开关，具有快速动作的特点，确保了开关的瞬时性。
4）本开关外壳的设计采用全密封结构，内部件选用不锈钢耐腐蚀材料，确保开关在任何环境下正常工作。
5）流体温度0℃-100℃.
